Neighborhood Parents Network Spring Silent Auction 5/1-5/5 and A Giveaway!

Chicago, Family, Giveaways

Some of you may remember reading about the Neighborhood Parents Network on my blog before. They are a GREAT community that has been around for 30 years and they are committed to joining families from around the city of Chicago in great get togethers, and learning sessions. The networking is fantastic, and the ability to talk to other parents from around the city in many member events is invaluable.

That’s why I’m so excited to be able to offer one of my readers this awesome experience for a year! Yep, that’s right, a full years membership for you and your family, just because you know me! And, well because NPN is awesome.

NPN Silent Auction

Before we get to the giveaway though, I would like to let you know about their annual silent auction that will be taking place later this year, starting May 1st. It’s a FANTASTIC collaboration between NPN and several vendors from the Chicagoland area. For those of you who love media releases, here ya go:

Offering $50,000 in items for Chicago families —from play spaces to kid classes, from photography sessions to sporting events and theatre tickets—the Neighborhood Parents Network of Chicago (NPN) presents its annual Silent Auction, the organization’s largest fundraiser.

Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to participate in NPN’s biggest online shopping event, open to the public. Businesses donate and promote their services/products to over 6,400 active members and 30,000 database contacts and social media audience. Parents shop and save by bidding on great deals for adults and kids in and around Chicago.  Funds raised through the annual Online Silent Auction benefit NPN’s programs and operations. Last year’s auction raised $23,000!!

DONATE & PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS! Participating in NPN’s annual fundraiser provides exposure to new clients, drives traffic to your business and directly helps families all over Chicago through new parent support groups, must-have parent education, and outreach to new communities of families. This is a unique opportunity as your donation will be included in Bidding For Good’s national auction directory and accessible to bidders across the country. For donation information visit http://www.npnparents.org/event_times/1095 or contact auction@npnparents.org for assistance.

SHOP & SAVE! Shop over 200 + family-friendly businesses, support Chicago families, invite parents, families and friends to bid.

Sponsors for NPN’s Silent Auction include Time Out Chicago Kids and Mabel’s Labels.

The NPN Silent Auction takes place May 2 – 5 exclusively at biddingforgood.com/npnparents and is open to the public; interested shoppers can preview items now – May 1st.

The play dates sound like a lot of fun for me and of course, Ms. V!
