Dream Kids Detangler Miracle Texture Manageability System Offers Moms Natural Hair Options #DreamKidsTMS #TryTMS

Children, Hair, Sponsored

This post is sponsored by African Pride and  Dream Kids Detangler Miracle Texture Manageability System, but all opinions, results and anecdotes are my own.

One thing that I have learned since having girls, is that hair options are vast. My daughters love having their hair styled, but they HATE sitting and having it manipulated into a style. I can totally relate. I love looking good, but the getting there point is strictly for the birds. As a natural hair wearer, I’m glad that during those times where I am less than thrilled to sit and have my hair twisted, or braided, I can move to a quick straightening and revert back when I want to. Thanks to Dream Kids Detangler Miracle Texture Manageability System  my children will have those options as well – except for Sir Twizzler, he will just have looser curls, not straightened hair.

Dream Kids Detangler Miracle Texture Manageability System has no harsh chemicals, and lasts for up to six weeks or two to three shampoos. You can also revert sooner if stop using the system and wash with a clarifying shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. The system has four steps and also includes styling products for you and your child.

If you’re not familiar with the way that my children’s hair looks loose, here are some photos that we were able to take while waiting on a really important person earlier this month. They LOVE wearing their hair like their mommy, and that makes me happy – but they also love being able to get in and out of the styling chair quickly, which will be able to happen more often. Nathaniel is in locs, so he has to sit however long it takes to get maintenance done. Below in order of appearance are the ladybug, Lil Miss, and Sir Twizzler, all in their afro’d glory. I love it, and they love all of the compliments that they get while wearing them. I think that they also secretly love the feeling of not having to have a comb run through their hair. As an afro wearer, I honestly don’t blame them one bit.

Since summer is now officially in full swing, wearing their natural hair out while running and playing can be a bit cumbersome. There is wonderful shrinkage – I LOVE it, but having to extend the curls of three little ones on super hot days where the sweat abounds can be a bit challenging. The ladybug has a looser curl pattern than Lil Miss, and the same for Sir Twizzler. Lil Miss (my girl twin) has the tightest curls ever, and even in braided styles, her hair finds a way of kind of running from the base of her braids. My mom chuckles because she says that it reminds her quite a bit of my sister, Jessica.

Over the next couple of weeks, I will be sharing our usage of the  Dream Kids Detangler Miracle Texture Manageability System, and how it helps us expand our natural hair options without harsh chemicals or permanent pattern altering. That’s what is important to me. I don’t want to change the hair of my children on a permanent basis, and I also don’t want to risk damaging their hair in the process. Please join me as I share before and after photos of each of the Houseful of Littles, with high expectancy of a bigger afro for Sir Twizzler, and share my experiences with use at home. I will also be having a  Dream Kids Detangler Miracle Texture Manageability System information session for parents around the Chicagoland area on July 11th, and will be sharing photos and information from that evening.

The best part is yet to come! Tune into the blog next Wednesday for a giveaway of massive proportions! You don’t want to miss it! In the meantime, if you have any questions about styling your child’s natural hair, leave them in the comment section, and in each update posts, I’ll pick several to feature! While you anxiously await your chance to enter, check out the Dream Kids Commercial and read some of the FAQ’s too!
