Talking about cancer can be difficult with anyone. I’ve known far too many friends and family members who have been affected by this disease, and from what I’ve seen, women tend to be a little more open about talking about it than men are. This is not an indictment, and it’s also not me saying that NO men speak about cancer, but we all know someone who has a bit of trouble getting the man in their life to the hospital for a physical. So, we’re going to break the tension for you in this post, and give you some talking points to help you encourage your loved ones to go and get their prostates checked.
Yes, we’re talking prostates on the blog today, and it’s more than just the turn your head and cough examination that many men equate with going to the doctor. It’s also the area that a LOT of men have a lot of trouble going to see the doctor for, but it’s important.

I almost didn’t signup his email, but remembered we have history of prostate cancer in his family. This is an important reminder, so thank you for spreading the word.
