My Wakandan Family is Teaming Up with My New England Boyfriend in Avengers: Infinity War

Entertainment, Marvel

I’m sure you don’t get that, and it’s okay. If you’ve been following me for any amount of time, you’re aware that I have a slight obsession with Benedict Cumberbatch. I do. You’ll also know that I now consider myself full Wakandan as I traveled there for the premier of Black Panther in January. Well now, all of the Avengers are assembling for Avengers: Infinity War, and it’s going to be magnificent. It’s also coming to us a week earlier than expected. So, come April 27th, theaters will be full just like they were for Black Panther. So you’ll want to snag tickets asap – given that they are available.

Avengers Infinity War

Marvel Studios

If you’re not sure, the first trailer dropped last year, and we collectively lost our minds. Or maybe that was just me. Who cares. It’s almost EVERY SINGLE MARVEL CHARACTER  in the big screen MCU outside of the X-Men, and Deadpool, and it’s a geeky geek out for the masses.

So, did you know that another trailer dropped today? Yeah it did. I’m not a vlogger, so I can’t give you a reaction video like all of the other influencers out there, but just know that when T’Challa and Dr. Strange came on screen at different times, I was gobsmacked. T’Challa because he’s my family. Dr. Strange, because he’s my boyfriend in my head, even with his Bostonian accent. *Benedict…call me* AND BUCKY IS BACK! AND GOOD! And it’s all because he was taken to my country of Wakanda and got to experience days of Wakandan sunsets.

I’m a little more excited than Mr. Houseful, and that’s okay. We have an understanding. However, we have been discussing who we think will end up making the ultimate sacrifice at the hands of Thanos in this battle. One of us has a theory that the universe will be reset and this will make room for other actors to step into the shoes of some of our favorites. Who do you think will give their cinematic life for the greater good?  Who’s your favorite Avenger? Who’ has been your favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe character thus far? Stay tuned for some fan theories from Mr. Houseful (even if he isn’t as excited about this as I am.) Comment below and let me know! Until then, follow all the social media goodness below!

I’m not sure I can take more of your boyfriend’s New England accent. I’m ok if Iron Man bites the dust, but don’t kill Rocket or Groot again.

The accent was indeed off-putting. It’s the THIRD thing I’ve had to forgive Benedict for. The first was falling in love with someone not named Natasha from Chicago and the other was going and making Cumberbabies that we’ll end up loving. >sigh<
