For as long as I can remember, I have loved Gymboree clothing. There is something inherently innocent about their styles and prints, and I think that all of my children have been able to benefit from their clothing. Especially the ladybug. I’ve dressed her in so many Gymboree collections that it hurt my feelings to have to give them away once Lil Miss couldn’t fit them anymore. I’m still happy that they are all able to fit clothes from the store, and will be for quite some time.
Imagine my surprise when I opened an email and saw that there was an Eric Carle Collection available at Gymboree . If you have children, I’m sure that you have heard of books like The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Very Grouchy Ladybug, and one of our favorites, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? They are all classic, and staples in most juvenile libraries.
Now, they can be staples in wardrobes too! For those of you who have children who love his books, or even if you do yourselves, you can also wear his art! Or buy it for your very favorite Eric Carle fan. Two iconic, parent-trusted brands come together and builds on Gymboree’s rich heritage in colorful, quality sleepwear that parents love and children never want to change out of. How’s that for a can full of awesome?
I’m sure that I’ll be able to find clothing to outfit the Houseful of Littles, and I won’t lie, I wish that I could still dress Nathaniel in Gymboree clothes. He was super cute with his chubby cheeks and short stature. I find myself looking forward to fall weather so that we can still keep the mood bright and whimsical, just like Eric Carle does in each and every one of his classing stories for children.

It is important to get kids to love to read when they are young. These absolutely adorable clothes will get kids to love to read and they will associate reading with the cute, soft, comfy clothes here. This is such a great idea.
“Brown Bear, Brown Bear” and “Today Is Monday” are two of our favorite Eric Carle books over here. These clothes are super cute.

The Hungry Caterpillar is an all time fav and I love the sleeping clothes.so timeless and right on time. This would make a great gift to along with the book.
The grouchy ladybug is our favorite! I love polka dots, so a book about one of my favorite polka dotted bugs will always have my heart.
Where was stuff like this when my kid was younger? I would love to have some book themed clothes to share along with my favorite books.
With my oldest we loved Gymboree! I even got a job there part time when she was little for a discount! I think this Eric Carle line is adorable!
