2017 Nursery Design Trends

DIY, Guest Bloggers

The following article on 2017 Nursery Design Trends is a sponsored post. Financial compensation was received to share with my audience.

I don’t know about you, but every single time I was pregnant with each of my littles, I always wanted to put them in these GORGEOUS nurseries, but my wallet quickly stopped that. Now that I know better, and know HOW to get the looks for less, I did want to delve back into it for my readers. I also want to hold on to the memories of having newborn, squishy, roly-poly babies for as long as possible. This has nothing to do with the fact that my oldest will be 17 years old this year. None at all.

So, join me this year as I take a look back at being a mom of really little people, and share tips and tricks with you, OR have contributors share information with you, since they have the itty bitty babies. Today, I’m going forth and showing the 2017 Nursery Design Trends. And as with everything that I do here, you don’t have to worry about copying exactly, but finding your style and making it your own.

I know that the twins got the higher end of the decorating stick, because we painted their room, while the ladybug and Nathaniel suffered with plain white walls. If I knew then, what I know now I would have created spaces that could grow with them. Since I’m not going back to have any more babies, I guess I’ll have to live vicariously through you all! Here is an infographic about what’s trending in nurseries this year. I love that colors are neutral, and bold! I’m a big fan of the blues (have you SEEN my kitchen walls) and yellows, and want to actually incorporate that into MY bedroom.

Let me know if you are thinking about using any of these 2017 Nursery Design Trends, and we can talk shop in the comments! Have a good day.
