Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cosmetics: Because No One Needs Dry Skin in the New Year

Fashion

Start the year off right with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cosmetics

It’s always bound to happen. I always have great plans to be winter compliant, and then winter actually hits and I’m scrambling to not have dry skin or lips. I know. Shocker. And no, I don’t carry moisturizer and lip balm around with me and apply it maniacally. I’m just kidding. I don’t carry it anywhere because I hardly leave my house outside of work commitments. So, because this winter has been slapping us around and calling us Susan already,*insert edit because it was 60 degrees in CHICAGO yesterday* and because I’ve been invited to one of the most anticipated movie premiers this year, I need to have my skin and pout in order. No crumbly looking lips and desiccated skin for THIS person at the end of the month. Enter Neutrogena Hydro Boost cosmetics, and we’re all good.  And it’s not just my pout that will be dewy looking, but my skin too! And we all know that dry, dull skin is not the business for anyone – beauty blogger, mom, CEO, bus driver, or student. It’s just not a good look.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cosmetics are Affordable

On one of my many jaunts to Walmart, I checked out the display of the Neutrogena Hydro Boost products, and decided to pick some items that would help with my dark circles, and dry lips. You see a pattern here? I can’t deal with concealer that ends up rolling up on my face because it dries it out too much, and I don’t have the funds to buy all of the things that I would need to layer moisture onto my face in order to prevent that from happening. We’re trying to work smarter this year, and if I can find a big box brand to help with that, so be it. *SIDE BAR* They also have a Skin Clearing line that you can look into if that’s what you need.

You know what’s funny. Last week, we were dealing with subzero temperatures and this week, we’re dealing with temps that feel like spring is starting. Do you know how much havoc that wreaks on your skin? I do. Flaky t-zones and what not are not what I’m trying to sport. Given that it is a new year, I figure I can at least vow to act as if I have the glorious skin that everyone always compliments, and walk in my beauty.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cosmetics are Easy to Apply

I really love that the application of all of the products is simple. No brushes or special tools needed. The concealer has a hydrating core that allows for smooth application, and they might have a new fan in me! Blending was simple, and I’m pretty impressed that there was no caking under my eyes after application.

I stopped buying expensive makeup products years ago and I’ve used neutrogena in the past. Not really sure why I stopped using them but I might give them a try again.

I love their products. I have used their skin care for years and now their hydrating lip gloss is amazing. Chicago weather is a lot to take in right now, I think you picked a great product line to get you through the “storm” 🙂

Neutrogena has always had such great products! I remember using their facial wash growing up and now, it’s time to take a look at their new products – just in time for winter skin.

I hate dry skin, it’s uncomfortable. I’ve never tried Neutrogena’s lip shine but can say that the color of that lip shine is terrific, purple is one of my favorite colors.

These seem like great products! I like that it is affordable, I am more likely to try something new if it is not crazy expensive. I need to find a better under eye concealer, these dark circles of mine are not getting any smaller.

Thanks for the Ibotta savings tip. Neutrogena is one of the brands I regularly use as it doesn’t irritate my skin. It’s so important to switch up your skin care routine during the changing of seasons.

Winter means the onset of dry skin which sometimes assumes troubling propositions. Neutrogena seems to provide the right kind of moisturizing effect to remove the dryness.
