Disney On Ice: A Night Of Celebrations!

Uncategorized

On opening night at the United Center, the Houseful of Littles minus the cellist, and I descended to our seats to get ready for a night of celebrations with Mickey, Minnie, and a cast of characters from Disney. We were not disappointed.

The Disney on Ice party started off quite right with a great birthday party, and moved all the way through Christmas. We were able to see Princesses, Aliens, Villians, and more. I happened to thoroughly enjoy the villains and their celebration.

It was also nice to hear some familiar songs from movies that I have fallen in love with. One of those songs was “That’s How You Know,” from Disney’s Enchanted and with the steel drums playing in the background.

The ladybug was totally engrossed whenever Belle came out on the ice, and the twizzlers loved seeing Stitch. All in all, it was an enjoyable night, and I loved that my children are old enough, and Disney enough to like everything. We did show a bit of our Disney Side with the shirts that the littles wore.

The ladybug is ALL ABOUT Belle. Seriously. She has her Belle Doll, and her Belle Doll, and her OTHER Belle Doll. She has Belle Pajamas, and now this Belle shirt. She has Belle Gloss, and Belle flip flops. Right. Back to the show.

Lil Miss is all about Doc McStuffins, who didn’t show up in the show, and she seemed okay with it.

And Sir Twizzler doesn’t really have a favorite Disney Character, but I think that his shirt sums up his personality quite well. Monsters University it is.
