Let’s get a couple of things straight right now. Women drew the short end of the stick when it comes to looking put together. I love being a girl, but darn it if I don’t have to second thing every single thing about getting dressed!
Now that I have that mini vent off my chest, here’s my look from yesterday. Yes, my hair is straightened, no, it will not be this way (I think) next Sunday. I straightened it out to prep it for twisting for a twistout later. I love having a good friend who is a hair dresser. What would have taken me the entire day, took her about an hour and a half. Bonus shout out to her for clipping my very horrible ends.
Wait, what were we talking about? Oh,yeah. Fashion. Here is what I wore on Sunday. Jacket: Luella for Target (purchased in 2005)
Skirt: Isaac Mizrahi for Target
Shoes: Some random shoe store in the mall.
Dare I say that I almost look like I’m losing weight? I don’t usually step on a scale for a couple of reasons. The main one being I don’t own one. Yep. I have no scale in my house because I would shoot it if I did. So I usually keep track of weight at doctor’s appointments and in fancy schmancy hotels that I stay at. So, basically once a year, and twice during leap years.
Now for the verdict? How did I do? Please be gentle. I’m pretty thick-skinned, but I still don’t like meanies.

Mimi,
You always make me feel good! I’m trying to slim it out just a little bit more without losing my curves this way. Mostly I just want my thighs to stop touching and my stomach to stop jiggling. LOL! Thanks for stopping through love!

I also was going to mention about your weight loss! “I would shoot it if I did…”
xoxo lookin’ fine!

I would. Scales are MEAN! I mostly go by the fit of my clothing. Is that a bad thing? *looks around* This skirt was pretty snug last month when I tried to wear it, now it comes right on up and I don’t have to take lamaze breaths in order to get it on! Thanks for coming through.
