You’re not ready! Or maybe you are, but you have GOT to be ready. I’m giving you a FULL two-weeks worth of notice so that you can go and get your stretchy pants or skirts. Yes, I’m fully aware that I’m on a ket0 diet, and that last year, I talked about how fat I was, but it’s the holiday season, and we’re ready to have some fun!
For those new to the blog, Houseful Of Cookies started as 12 Days of Cookies three years ago when I was looking for recipes for a cookie swap. It grew to 25 Days of Cookies the next year, and then I realized that more cookies were needed, and we became Houseful Of Cookies. Kind of like my family life. My first year, I made nutty cranberry chocolate chip cookies – and they were SO good.
The year after that, I made Jan Hagel cookies after my aunt Becky brought them to a cookie swap the same year that I made the cranberry chocolate ones! THOSE, BUTTER COOKIES WERE SO GOOD!
We have a little over 40 cookie recipes for you to choose from and bake up for the holidays. You can keep baking them right through the new year too! Some of my favorites from years past are still in heavy rotation in my house, and I love that they were well received whenever I chose to share them with others. We had so many great recipes, that it is quite hard to pick the best of the best, BUT I have them ALL for you on a handy-dandy Pinterest Board!
Please follow along and share, pin or MAKE your favorites from these recipes. We have so much creating and eating and maybe eating some more that it’s only fair that you get to have as much fun as we do! And if you’re wondering what I’m making, you’ll have to come back and hang out with me the day after Thanksgiving – yes, after you’re done shopping EARLY in the morning, and get you some of this Houseful Of Cookies awesomeness. It’s going to be FANTASTIC. I promise you that much.
Until then…
