As I was sitting looking at pictures of myself pregnant with the twizzlers, my mind wandered to all of the little preparation that I did in order to have an adequately packed back for my stay in the hospital. This was all before I knew that I was having a c-section, so LOTS of things were purchased that I would NEVER need anyway. Hmph.
However, if I would have had this handy dandy bag, I would have not had to worry about so much.
Call it wisdom & experience, peace of mind, and a gift of love all wrapped into one bag.
The Push Pack was created by the owner of Small Batch Studio, a friend of mine who I met at an AH-MAZING mom business retreat (which I’ll blog about later – I’m still reeling from all of the information) and she is such a sweetheart. She created this push pack after The contents aren’t superfluous, and it’s just what any momma needs after delivering a healthy baby boy or girl – or in my case a boy and girl, well the last time anyway. I want all of you to go and show her some love and let her know how FABULOUS this little bag is.
Included in the Push Pack:
- EO® lavender scented shampoo, conditioner & bath gel
- washcloth
- make up remover
- razor & shaving cream lotion
- deodorant
- comb & hair bands
- lip balm
- toothbrush & toothpaste
- breast pads
- maxi pads
- disposable underwear
- comfy socks (your choice of pink or blue)
- playing cards
- Motherlove Organic Nipple Cream®
- notepad
- thank you cards & pen
- gum
- Preggie Pop Drops®
- Bellybar®
- cup of oatmeal & spoon
Me me me! I need this! I wish I could bring… .my mom. I’ll be in Chile and she’ll be in the U.S., and even though I have a great doctor, and my awesome husband, all I will really want is my mom.
Also, technically I still qualify bc I have a U.S. APO/ DPO address! 🙂
I wish I could bring my hair stylist! No matter how many times I have planned not to look like a hot mess… I have failed time and time again. My previous pictures look like MUG SHOTS! Too bad my hair stylist doesn’t fit in the bag LOL
Oh man I have no idea what I wish I could bring!
Perhaps if I could bottle all of the love and support that has been extended to me throughout this pregnancy and then release it as I experienced the most difficult parts of labour, I’d do that.
Otherwise- food! The thought of being starved for hours doesn’t sit well with me lol.
Nysha, this is why I included Oatmeal in the Push Pack. Not only does it promote milk production, I was STARVING after all 3 of my girls were born. Something hot & filling in my tummy was great.
i wish i could have had more of my family at the hospital when i last delivered two years ago…but it was a slight blizzard going on& it was 2days before xmas!!! but they all saw my little bundle when i came home xmas day!!!
I wish I could bring my own bedding hospital bedding is so hard and mine would just make me feel more at home.
My kids. I wish they could have watched there siblings being born.
Hello! I am having a scheduled C-section on 2/20 and this pack would be fabulous to win! I liked the pages on Facebook! What I wish I could bring is my 6 year old Autistic daughter with me to the hospital. She is nonverbal, in diapers and very active and loud! I wanted her to be one of the first people to meet her baby sister. It breaks my heart that she wouldnt be able to sit and have the big sister experience. We will have to wait till the baby comes home! Im even unsure if she understands the concept of her baby sister arriving, and this thought always makes me cry! I pray that she improves

What I wish I could bring is my own bed and linens from home. I had 2 C sections and I found the hospital bed to be so uncomfortable and difficult to get out of.
