So, during our winter break we went on a semi-tour of The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Our nephew will be heading off to college this fall, and he still isn’t completely sure of where he wants to go. Time is fading fast, and we wanted to be able to show him the ropes of our alma maters.
First up was the school that Mr. Nicholes attended. As you will see in the video, a LOT of things have changed since our last visit ( I think it was post ladybug) and he is simply amazed.

BTW – We were able to test drive the new Buick Enclave this trip. It was SUCH a smooth drive! Now, the Chevy Traverse definitely has some competition. Good thing they’re under the same auto line!
So true. I was lost when I went back to USF. Buildings were knocked down, new one’s built, where cars could pass thru long ago are now blocked with buildings. SMH
You should have seen him. He was like, “Wait…what is THIS?!” LOL! It was good to be down there though. Brought back a lot of memories.
