Homestead Blog Hop #137

Homestead Blog Hop #137

Welcome to the Homestead Blog Hop!

We’re finally seeing the first couple  sprouts of the corn that we planted last week coming up, and I’m hopeful that we’ll have an extraordinary harvest this year. Last year, we were overrun with corn earworms and Mr. Houseful was skeeved out so we didn’t eat any of them. The chickens had a field day though and knew that we loved them a whole lot!

Now on to the hop…

Homestead Blog Hop will take place every Wednesday and is for all things homesteading: real food recipes, farm animals, crafts, DIY, how-to’s, gardening, anything from-scratch, natural home/health, self-sufficiency, self-reliance, natural remedies, essential oils, & more! Basically anything related to homesteading.

Oh my goodness! I need to make the playhouse into a Chicken Coop for myself. I bet it would also work as a great rabbit hutch!
