The Alphabet Rhythm Project

The Alphabet Rhythm Project

Hello there! I have a whole lot of catching up to do in regards to the collective of the Houseful. As you can see from my previous posts we have been dealing with some character builders over the last couple of weeks. It’s all good and God is yet on the throne.

Anyway, sometime last week, I think – the ladybug attended a special program for toddlers, called the Alphabet Rhythm Project, at the library. It turned out she was the only one for half of the program, yet that didn’t stop her. We sang, played instruments, listened to a story and even got to sign our alphabet. It was great.

I love having a child that is completely open to participating in things, even when there aren’t other children around to be comfortable with. She loves to sing and dance, and participate in anything that has even a HINT of music in it. With all of the space in the library, she was in heaven!

Having programs in the library for us to participate in during the day is so important to me! I love that any given week, we can dance, we can do STEM activities, or we can just celebrate whatever holiday is coming up. Those holiday make and takes always provide our home with some of the best decor! We also have ideas for things to do at home with the older Nicholes’ kid.

Here are a couple of photos from the experience. I can’t get over how big the ladybug is getting, and how happy she is in her own little world. I know that she had a blast at this program, and loved posing for pictures with the presenter. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as she enjoyed being a part of this program. Until next time, make it a fantastic day!
